About
It all started when I was 14 years old. My father woke me up at 5 a.m. and took me to the gym. I felt unsure about myself and felt I didn’t belong at this place. It didn’t take long, however, for me to fall in love with training and the pride and accomplishment I felt after every workout. My path was defined.
I went on to gain a formal education in Health Sciences that included an internship with the Johnson State Colleges men’s basketball team. I’m also certified by the American Sports and Fitness Association and the International Sports Sciences Association.
Fast forward to the present. Now I have become completely consumed by the fitness lifestyle. My passion has evolved in all realms of health and wellness.
I have been a personal trainer since 2011 and have enjoyed the privilege of working with all fitness and experience levels and building lasting relationships. I am very excited to help anyone become a healthier person.
I look forward to helping you reach your personal fitness goals.

Mission Statement
At its core, physical fitness is about combining movement, strength, and flexibility. It is about training your body to not simply be fit but to be adaptable to real world situations and activities. You'll be exposed to different training modalities, such as weight machines, free weights, aerobic machines, your own body weight and mother nature herself. In the real world physical challenges are more about applied physics and techniques. Here, you learn how to adapt, react, and move to better train your body and increase your muscular strength, your aerobic capacity and overall fitness level.
